PRYSMIAN ACADEMY

Local School

Local Schools are regional learning hubs targeting local workforce and the relationship with local communities. 

Local Schools, in coordination with the Global Academy, offer local employees opportunities for continuous learning and development and can help them progress in their local and global careers. 

We have a Local School for each Region/Business unit for a total of 12: North America, LATAM, North Europe, UK, Transmission Business Unit, South Europe, HQ, CEE, MEART, OSEA, China, EOSS. Each of them is supervised by the Global Academy and designs and delivers yearly training plans to both White and Blue Collars, covering technical and leadership skills.
