Türk Prysmian Kablo and LÖSEV Join Forces for Awareness

Standing out with its innovative solutions in the energy and telecommunications cables sector, Türk Prysmian Kablo continues to set an example in the industry not only with its technological investments but also with its social projects. The company, which has carried out social responsibility projects in various fields such as education, health, environment, art, and sports in previous years, has now collaborated with LÖSEV. 

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, during the Awareness Seminar hosted by Türk Prysmian Kablo, comprehensive information about LÖSEV's activities and leukemia was shared with the participants. Information was also provided on how corporate donations and individual volunteers can support. Additionally, the LSV Shop Stand, where handmade products prepared by the mothers of children with leukemia were exhibited, was set up to strengthen the spirit of solidarity. 

“We are aware of our responsibility to society”

Speaking about the event they organized and their vision of social responsibility, Türk Prysmian Kablo CEO Daniele Mazzarella said, “We are aware of our responsibility to the society we are part of. Since our establishment, we have carried out many social responsibility projects in solidarity with various institutions and NGOs. Most recently, we held a meaningful meeting with Mr. Suat Nihat Özel and Mr. Barış Ancu from LÖSEV Bursa Corporate Public Relations Department on how we can more effectively support families fighting cancer. Following this meeting, we decided to organize the Awareness Seminar as the first step. After this successful first event, we will continue our efforts promptly. As Türk Prysmian Kablo, we will always support families and children fighting leukemia,” he said.

Solidarity strengthened with the LSV Shop stand

As part of the seminar, the LSV Shop Stand, where handmade products by the mothers of children with leukemia were exhibited, was also set up. This stand, opened in the company cafeteria, allowed employees to contribute to LÖSEV and provided economic support to families with leukemia. The exhibited products included jewelry, ornaments, and textile items.
