Based on this vision, Prysmian Group decided to purchase 3 million shares from the stock market to distribute to its employees, which are not yet included in variable short / medium / long-term incentive plans that improve financial results. On top of this, Prysmian Group has implemented this program with more opportunities for its employees, with a promise to double the shares if employees hold all their shares in their personal accounts for 12 months (just once).
