Türk Prysmian Kablo attends the 4th SEERC Istanbul Conference

E3X and ECO Cable products, introduced by Türk Prysmian Kablo, a pioneer in the energy and telecommunication cables industry, at the 4th Southeastern Europe Regional Council (SEERC) Istanbul Conference organized by the CIGRE Türkiye National Committee this year, attracted great attention from the participants.

The Turkish operation of Prysmian Group that is the world leader in the energy and telecommunication cables industry, Türk Prysmian Kablo attended the 4th SEERC Conference hosted by Türkiye on 11-12 October, where CIGRE Türkiye National Committee is the term president.

Drawing attention to its E3X and ECO Cable products at its booth and with senior executive presentations during the conference, Türk Prysmian Kablo attracted great attention from the participants. At the conference, where Prysmian Group MEART Region R&D Director Vitthal Sawant made an inspiring presentation on "Reducing Losses and Increasing Current Carrying Capacity in Overhead Conductors - Bringing Sustainability for the Network", Prysmian Group Türkiye R&D Director Erdinç Yüksel also made a presentation on "Sustainability and Digitalization in Cable Production Process". The Contracting Group team gave information to the participants about "High Voltage Cables" and the turnkey projects carried out.

At the booth visited also by the Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Dr. Zafer Demircan, Türk Prysmian Kablo CEO Ülkü Özcan shared information about the company's ongoing and planned projects with the deputy minister.

The conference, which brought together the international energy sector, academics, and non-governmental organizations, was held in Istanbul between 11-12 October. CIGRE SEERC, which was held in Slovenia, Ukraine, and Austria in previous years, was held in Istanbul for the fourth time this year. In addition to senior officials of international organizations from SEERC countries, hundreds of experts from 17 countries, more than 500 participants from the power systems sector, and more than 400 academics from around the world attended the conference.
