Türk Prysmian Kablo's Corporate Governance Rating was revised up to 95.48

Its commitment to Corporate Governance Principles in all of its activities and adoption of high-level policies in this area have led Türk Prysmian Kablo to improve its Corporate Governance Rating from 95.24 in 2021 to 95.48 this year.

Türk Prysmian Kablo's compliance with corporate governance principles is annually audited by the CMB-authorized (Capital Market Board) rating agencies and its Corporate Governance Rating for the year 2022 has just been announced. In the study conducted by Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services, Türk Prysmian Kablo's Corporate Governance Rating Score was updated as 95.48 out of 100.

In the 14 years since the first Corporate Governance Rating was awarded in 2009, Türk Prysmian Kablo has continually improved its performance, maintaining its high ranking in the Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. Corporate Governance Index once again this year with a rating of 95.48.

As a company with extensive experience and deep ties, Türk Prysmian Kablo has also taken significant steps to enhance corporate governance compliance. It was yet another successful year for the company, as it received high scores in all four areas of evaluation; a rating of 95.91 for ‘Shareholder Rights’, 98.41 for ‘Public Disclosure and Transparency’, 98.13 for ‘‘Relationship with Stakeholders’ and 91.93 for ‘Board of Directors’ assessment indicates the company's exceptional performance in this area. These excellent ratings confirm that Türk Prysmian Kablo abides by the Capital Market Board's Corporate Governance Principles to the highest degree, implements all policies and measures developed, effectively regulates management and internal control mechanisms, and identifies and actively manages corporate governance risks.
