Türk Prysmian Kablo's Corporate Governance Rating continues to rise for 12 years

Türk Prysmian Kablo's "Corporate Governance Rating", which has been carrying out its activities within the framework of the importance it attaches to corporate governance principles since its establishment, was updated as 94.03 in 2020.

Türk Prysmian Kablo's "Corporate Governance Rating" for 2020 has been announced, whose compliance with corporate governance principles is examined every year by the rating institutions authorized by the Capital Markets Board (CMB). In the study prepared by Saha Corporate Management and Credit Rating Services, Türk Prysmian Kablo's "Corporate Governance Rating" score was updated as 94.03 over 100 with an increase of 0.74 points.

Türk Prysmian Kablo, which has been rewarded for its consistent work with the increase it has shown for 12 years in a row in its "Corporate Governance Rating" performance since 2009, when it was first included in Borsa İstanbul A.Ş Corporate Governance Index, maintained its top position in the index with a rating of 94.03. Türk Prysmian Kablo once again proved its success by getting high marks in all four areas evaluated within the scope of the importance it attaches to corporate governance principles and the improvement works it continues in this direction. The company having received 95.36 in the "Shareholders" assesment, 97.66 in "Public Disclosure and Transparency" assesment, 92.92 in the "Stakeholders" assessment and 90.97 in the 'Board of Directors' assessment showed that it had complied with the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Markets Board at a high level, had implemented all policies and measures, and the company's management and internal control mechanisms were effective.
