Prysmian has been selected for the “50 Most Sustainable Companies in Europe” list prepared by Corporate Knights. The company also achieved dual recognition in sustainability by being featured in S&P Global’s “2025 Yearbook of Thought Leadership and Sustainability.”
Standing out in the energy and telecommunications cable sector with its innovative steps, Prysmian has earned significant international acclaim for its sustainability achievements. Among Italian companies on the Corporate Knights list, Prysmian ranked third.
Corporate Knights, an independent organization with over 20 years of experience, evaluates companies based on more than 20 criteria including carbon emissions, energy usage, diversity, and executive compensation. Excelling in all areas, Prysmian reaffirmed its leadership in the industry not only through its production power but also through its sustainability performance.
Featured in the “2025 Yearbook of Thought Leadership and Sustainability”
Prysmian was also included in the “2025 Yearbook of Thought Leadership and Sustainability” published by S&P Global, which highlights sustainability leadership. With this achievement, Prysmian became one of 13 Italian companies featured in the yearbook. S&P Global assesses companies’ environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance through its Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), presenting the world’s best sustainable business practices to the global public. This rigorous evaluation also forms the basis of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI).
