Dedicated to employee satisfaction and fostering wellbeing-oriented workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion, Prysmian Group is rolling out this new plan across MEAT Region and rewarding employees based on their performance at the end of the year.
As a world leader in energy and telecommunications cables, Prysmian Group recently added another employee satisfaction program to its program portfolio. The company announced an employee based profit sharing plan for the MEAT Region to foster a sense of belonging and employee satisfaction by offering shares to employees in line with achieving the 2022 year-end targets.
Prysmian Group Prysmian Group, which offers approximately 30,000 employees worldwide the opportunity to own long-term stocks via the “YES - Your Employee Shares - Equity Plan for Employees” is launching a new initiative to once again share its earnings with its employees.

Another project being implemented by Prysmian Group under the scope of sustainable work environment studies, the STEM IT promotes women employment and raising awareness in informatics and technology fields. A goal of the STEM IT program is to provide technical and scientific roles for women employees who want to pursue careers in science and technology, and to recruit more than 500 women by 2030.
