Strong Support for Disasters from Türk Prysmian Kablo’s Volunteer Search and Rescue Team

Having successfully completed accreditation training in collaboration with AFAD and Mudanya Municipality Search and Rescue (MAK), the Türk Prysmian Kablo Search and Rescue Team has gained official competence and reached professional intervention capacity. The team carried out its first field mission after accreditation during a forest fire in the Gürsu Harmancık region of Bursa. In recognition of their outstanding effort and dedication, the team was awarded certificates of appreciation by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Bozbey. 

Voluntary Contribution from Earthquakes to Forest Fires 

The Türk Prysmian Kablo Search and Rescue Team also volunteered during the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş in 2023. By participating in search and rescue operations, the team provided critical support, gained valuable field experience, and strengthened its commitment to the community. Most recently, the team intervened in forest fires in Çanakkale, continuing its fight against disasters.
